I'll never forget that special evening in the spring of 1979 when I saw Doug at the historic Stanley Theater (now the Benetum Enter) in Pittsburgh, PA. I remember simply enjoying the performance and not being occupied with "How did he do that?" Doug was the quinessential performer. I know I'll never see his like again. Our prayer are with him and his family,
