I remember Doug's magic well from my childhood. As a performer, Doug possessed a wonderful sense of life, a very real magic that he was able to communicate and share with his audience. He was a delightful entertainer whose early passing undoubtedly will leave a great void his profession.
I wish his loved ones my personal best at this unfortunate hour.
