I would not be honest to say that I have followed Mr. Henning for many years, but I am sad to hear of his death.
I remember Doug's magic well from my childhood. As a performer, Doug possessed a wonderful sense of life, a very real magic that he was able to communicate and share with his audience. He was a delightful entertainer whose early passing undoubtedly will leave a great void his profession and amoung his loved ones.
It is those loved ones that I wish to extend my personal best at this unfortunate hour.
