I remember Doug from some of my youngest years. A person with a heartfelt smile, and a beautiful way of seeing the world like him will be remembered in my heart forever. Some pay a high price for what they give to others. God bless you Doug, and thank you for all the fond memories and happy times you brought all of us. We will miss you, but memories are forever.
And to his wife: you must have brought this amazing person so much peace and love. Rest tonight assured that his heart was larger than anyone else can give to us.
